Data on exclusive rights to software and databases

Omnitech LLC is the rights holder of Flomni software products, including software, software components, user interfaces, databases, documentation and other intellectual property results created in the development and enhancement of Flomni products.

The software Flomni Omnichannel Platform is included in the Unified Register of Russian Software for Electronic Computers and Databases, registry entry No. 17699 dated 19.05.2023.

Rights to use Flomni software products are granted to clients based on agreements concluded with Omnitech LLC, including license agreements, service agreements, service access agreements, technical support agreements, subscriptions or other contractual models.

Flomni software products may be provided in cloud SaaS format. If required, on-premise deployment terms are discussed individually.
